I was very frustrated with all of the shipping delays and issues. I believe the website should clearly state because each product is hand made it takes a longer time from ordering, to shipping and delivering. I would over estimate by 5 days, and if it gets to the customer earlier that’s great. They did answer and take care of my concerns in an appropriate and efficient manner. When I finally received my order I was very excited! The product was perfectly made. My friends absolutely love them. I highly recommend these products. They make excellent gifts and create the best smiles.
